Remove Player From Your Pool

Managers can remove players from their pool via the Manager -> Player Status page.


PLAYER STATUS DEFINITIONS

Manager Controllable Statuses

Active: The player is fully enabled and free to make picks.
Inactive: The player will not appear in this year's standings. All their stats are retained, and they will appear on the Manager's 'Activate' and 'Invite Previous Players' page next season.
Suspended: The player is prevented from making further picks, and is hidden from your Manager pages in future seasons (they will not show up on your 'Activate' and 'Invite Previous Players' pages). The player's picks and stats up to the point of suspension are still included in the current year standings and stats page, and all prior year stats will also still display.
Removed: The player is essentially removed from all visible pages in your league (previously referred to as 'banned'). Note that their stats/data are not deleted, so if you later decide to unban them all their prior data will be reinstated.

Automatic (website-controlled) Statuses

Active: Players are automatically set to 'Active' when they either accept an Invite or join an active league with Manager Approve disabled. Players are also automatically set to 'Active' when the Manager adds them via the Add Player page.
Inactive: When a Manager activates a league at the start of a new season, those players who were 'Active' last year but not selected by the manager on the Activate page are set to 'Inactive'.
Pending: A player is set to this status if they accept an Invite and Manager Approve is enabled, OR if they accept an Invite after the season has already started, regardless of the Manager Approve setting (Managers are always required to approve players who try to join after the league has started). To approve the player, change their status to 'Active'.
Invited: The player was sent an invite when you activated your league or sent an invite from the 'Invite Previous Players' page. If the player accepts the invite, they will automatically be set to 'Pending' if Manager Approve is enabled, or 'Active' if Manager Approve is not enabled and the season hasn't started.
