Email Reminder to Make Picks

Email reminders to make picks are sent for all league types. The reminder will be sent 24 hours before the league deadline.  For NFL leagues, if the league deadline is later than the first Sunday NFL game, the reminder will be sent 24 hours before the first Sunday game.

In addition to the 24-hour email reminder above, a Thursday email reminder is sent for NFL Pickem and Confidence leagues 8 hours before the start of the Thursday game. 

Player Pick Status

Managers can check the status of player picks via the Manager -> Player Pick Status page in their control panel. It will show which players have not yet made all their picks. It provides them the option to send the pick reminder to those players who still need to make picks.

Exceptions

Email reminders will only be sent if necessary.
  1. If the player has already made all their picks, they will not be sent a reminder. 
  2. Leagues that have less than 4 players will not be sent email reminders.
  3. Player who uncheck 'Receive transactional emails' in their profile settings will not be sent the reminder email. 

Email Reminder to Set Schedule

An email reminder is sent to managers who have configured their league such that the manager sets the schedule from the slate of games that week. The reminder is sent Wednesday morning.
