Email Problems (not receiving emails from officepoolstop.com)
If you are a manager or player and are not receiving emails from officepoolstop.com, here are steps you can take:
- Make sure you are not unsubscribed from emails from the site. You can resubscribe here.
- Some email providers can be overly reactive to emails coming from outside their domain, so you should whitelist the officepoolstop.com domain with your email provider.
Managers, to reset a player's password, go to Manager -> Full Control Panel, then 'Edit Player Profile'.
If your email is Yahoo, AOL, or Verizon (all the same company), they are notorious for throttling emails that are sent their way if too many come from the same domain. This means that anyone on your list with @yahoo.com, @aol.com, or @verizon.com could have their email delayed or not even sent if the email is throttled by Yahoo for over 48 hours. The best alternative is to sign up for a free Gmail account (or other email provider) to use with our site. Gmail is FAR superior to Yahoo and is ad free, unlike Yahoo. With Gmail you can pull emails from your yahoo email account, so you don't have to give up your Yahoo email. Once you have a Gmail or other email, visit our 'How to Change Email Address' page.
